PTFE shrinkable tubing is made from PTFE resin and prepared by paste extruding and blowing technique. The tubing can be shrank at the temperature of 330Approx.. It can be used as a high-class dielectric insulation and protective material at the temperature range of 200 through 260. It conforms to the enterprise standard Q/GHAD 80-2000.There are three types of PTFE pipes: For a pipe with outside diameter 1~25mm and thickness of wall 0.1~2.5mm, we choose imported polymerized PTFE resin and process it by pressing; For a pipe with outside diameter 25~200mm and thickness of wall 1.5~8mm, we choose suspended PTFE resin and process it by extruding; For a pipe with outside diameter 25~120mm and thickness of wall 5~500 mm, we process it by die pressing.
