Characteristics: Two kinds of ptfe pipes include molding and extruding pipes.
Ptfe mould pressing pipes (also called F4 pipes, Tiefulong pipes, Tefulong pipes) is made by molding polyflon
through pressing method under ordinary temperature, and then sinter it into different specifications of pipes.
Ptfe extruding pipes is manufactured by ram extruding method with ptfe granular resin.
Appearance request: It is homogeneous in structure, smooth surface, without rift, crack, air bubble, flatted and
mechanical scratch. But permits to a few exogenous impurity.
Application: -180°C~+250°C anti-corrosion and medium sealing pieces, insulation coat for wire.

100% virgin PTFE/Teflon tube are made by plunger extrusion of suspension polymerized PTFE resins. So that
the fiber orientation, and after drying, high temperature sintering, shaping process and made of hose,
usually packed in roll.
